You Are Paid Before They Sell
Agents sell from a wallet you top up. A sale that the wallet cannot cover stops, unless you gave that agent a credit limit.
Give every reseller, shop and site manager their own portal. They sell and renew from a prepaid wallet at the price you set, collect cash at the door, and you see every sale, margin and debt in the office.
Real screens from the product - the agent portal and the office view of an agent.
The agent opens the portal and sees who expired, who runs out in three days and who is paid up, with counts on every filter. Renew or activate is one tap from the row, with the wallet charge shown before it happens.
You set what an agent pays per package and the highest price they may charge. The agent sets their own customer price inside that range and sees their margin as they type.
Balance, spend this month, what they owe the company, cash on hand, every wallet movement and their customer list. Top up, correct or suspend from the same page.
Many ISPs sell most of their service through other people: shop owners, street agents, building and park managers, sub-resellers with their own customers. ISPbox gives each of them an account with a prepaid wallet and a small portal on your domain, and keeps the office in charge of prices, limits and the network.
An agent is a reseller, a site manager or a field seller. Each has a wallet you top up; a top-up is a deposit, not revenue. Every sale, renewal, invoice payment and correction is an append-only wallet entry with the balance after it, so the history always adds up. An optional credit limit decides how far below zero an agent may go, and the office sees one figure for what each agent owes the company. Agents can ask for a top-up from their portal and you approve or decline it.
An agent sees only their own customers, or, for a site manager, everyone at their location. Suspending an agent logs them out immediately.
Each package can carry a wholesale price for agents and a maximum customer price. Per agent you can override the buy price, and agents may set their own customer price inside the range when you allow it. The customer is always invoiced the selling agent's price, on every channel, including a renewal the customer pays online in their own portal.
Agents can have sub-agents. A parent sees their whole team, prices each child per package, and earns the difference on every sale below them as a commission entry in their wallet. An optional points program rewards agents per sale, and points buy free days for a customer or wallet credit.
When an agent takes cash at the door, the payment settles the customer's open invoices and the agent hands back a PDF receipt, by WhatsApp, SMS, email or a link. You choose whether cash comes out of the agent's wallet or is booked as cash on hand that the agent hands over to the office later.
Agents can print batches of renewal cards, each worth one or more periods of a package, paid from their wallet. The customer redeems the code in the customer portal, or the agent redeems it for them. With selling on credit switched on, an agent can renew now and record that the customer will pay them later, with a promised date and a debts page.
Settings > Agents has a switch for every agent power: free trials, package changes, suspend and resume, outage compensation, adding customers, creating PPPoE logins, choosing the connection point, attaching discovered devices, editing customer details, support tickets and renewal cards. Trials, suspensions and free days can carry monthly caps, and every action lands in the agent's log.
Agents get email notifications they opt into (low balance, customers expiring, activation results, tickets handed to them), all in their own language, and a REST API with documentation at /developers/agent if you want to build your own reseller app.
Works with Prepaid Billing, Customer Portal, White-label & Branding, Hotspot & Captive Portal

In a reseller tree each sale pays the seller's buy price and credits every agent above them with their margin. Nobody adds up commissions at month end.
Agents see whether a customer is online, add new customers, attach the router they just plugged in and open tickets, each behind a switch you control.
Every sale, cash payment, free day and suspension is logged per agent, with monthly caps where you want them and a Reports > Agents page with CSV export.
