Migrate from another ISP platform into ISPBox. Splynx is fully supported (customers, services, packages, billing history and tickets from a backup); more platforms are on the way.

Switching to ISPBox from another platform? The import tools migrate your existing data - customers, services, packages, billing history and tickets - so you start with everything already in place instead of re-keying it. Find them under Settings > Imports (needs settings manage).

1. Splynx

Splynx is fully supported today. Provide a full Splynx backup file and ISPBox imports your customers, services, packages, billing history and tickets in one pass, mapping them onto the ISPBox data model. Click Start import to begin the guided flow.

2. Other platforms

Migrations from Sonar, UISP (Ubiquiti), Powercode, Visp.net and Azotel SIMPLer are on the roadmap and shown as Coming soon. If you are moving from one of these, get in touch - CSV-based paths are being added.

3. Before you import

  • Imports are a big change - do them on a fresh tenant, or before you have started entering data by hand, to avoid duplicates.
  • Line up your packages and locations so imported services map cleanly.
  • Review the results afterwards - spot-check a few customers, their services and balances before going live.
