Manage your own subscription to ISPBox. Simple monthly pricing that scales with your client count across Starter, Growth and Scale tiers - and where you unlock premium features.
This is where you manage your own subscription to ISPBox - the plan that powers your panel. Pricing is simple and scales with how many active clients you serve, and some premium features unlock at higher tiers. Find it under Settings > ISPBox Plan (needs settings manage).
1. The plans
Three monthly tiers, chosen by your active client count:
- Starter (0-20 clients) - the core: client management & billing, support ticketing, team calendar, leads pipeline, community support.
- Growth (21-100 clients) - adds the premium features: network monitoring, the alerts system, network maps, customer portal with payments, and priority email support.
- Scale (100+ clients) - everything in Growth plus 24/7 dedicated support, custom integrations and custom feature development.
Your current plan is marked Current. Premium features (maps, monitoring, alerts, API, IPAM and more) require a plan that includes them - if a feature shows [Locked] in the app, this is where you upgrade.
2. Changing plan
Pick the tier that matches your client count and continue to a secure Stripe checkout. There are no setup fees and you can cancel any time. You can adjust your plan whenever your business grows or contracts - move up as you cross a client-count band, or down if you need to.
